Refund & Returns Policy
At Yankgo LLC, we are confident in the quality of our recovery gear. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. A proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is also required.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@yankgo.com. Please provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after the expected time, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company or bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@yankgo.com.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Remember, our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., you received a damaged or incorrect item).
For returns of high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
